Buying materials to start my coop tomorrow. I made some adjustments as I want to add nesting boxes to both sides and 4 windows instead of two. These plans are clear and easy to follow! The only issue I had is that it calls for the fascia board to be installed after the drip edge and roof and I believe it should be the opposite. Took me about 72 hours working by myself, I had all the tools I needed except for a brad nailer.
It turned out beautifully. I highly recommend this set of plans.
Modified the design to fit my area. Its 4x4 but still worked out amazing. Love it
