The Lodge Chicken coop is an ideal home for 4-6 chicken.

We construct all of our coops with Fir wood. Which we have found holds up best in multiple climates. 

Coops are stained with an animal safe water based stain.

Spacious inner house together with the fenced in area allows your chickens to go for a walk upstairs and downstairs.

Features a double nesting box and a lid for easy egg retrieval.

Asphalt roofing on both the house and run to provide protection from the elements. 
3/8" galvanized hardware cloth.

Well Designed Coop

Very pleased with the Lodge coop from Urban Northern. It shipped via UPS and one corner of a box was a bit bent in, however the contents inside were fine, I am in Boston so it had a long trip. Was simple to put together. I love the pull out tray for easy cleaning, I am adding a perch inside the run and plan at some point to add wheels and handles to make it tractor style, which seems do-able with this model. I am putting 5 Americanas in it.

Great Starter Coop

Ordered for my 4 hens 7 months ago, came quickly and was easy to assemble with step by step instructions. It's broken down into panels with wire already affixed and doors, vents/windows done. Took me about an hour to get it set up. I love the darker stain on the wood, I did reseal it just prior to winter with a coat of Thompson's water seal. Hens and I are both happy with the Lodge Coop.
